Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Shipping Delivery The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (3–7 business days). Local Courier Delivery is only available in Calgary, Canada (1 business day).

Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method.

Standard Ground:

Shipped orders should arrive in 3 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.

Local Courier Delivery (Calgary only):

Same-day delivery orders are delivered same day if ordered by 3:00pm. Orders after 3:00pm will be delivered the following day. All orders must have a valid street address and customer phone numbers (no PO Boxes). Courier delivery is only available in Calgary, Canada.

Shipping Rates:

Canada and US wide shipping is free of charge. 

Calgary courier delivery is free of charge.
